connecting mentor with mentoring methods, avenues, and partnerships

fostering worship ministry internships based on mentoring versus grunt work

….resulting in

a comprehensive theology of worship

personal and character development

skill development in music and the arts

spiritual formation

an understanding of how to build and lead ministry teams

….in order to

• help develop future generations of effective worship leaders

What it is not –

It is not an organizational monster than sucks time and energy from the mentor

It is not a network requiring dues or any “formal” membership

It is not a series of monthly meetings.
