To resource network members with proven models of mentoring, with organizations that are effective in leadership development, and with other leaders who are mentoring well.
To offer two annual retreats/meetings: One focused on the process and strategy of mentoring young worship leaders and one focused on the spiritual formation of the mentor. Attendance is not required to be a part of the network.
To help connect young worship leaders to internships and mentoring relationships.
To help mentors identify potential candidates for mentoring relationships
To conduct regional kick-off meetings in which the opportunity, need, and vision for the mentoring of young worship leaders is shared. Could also include a short workshop.
To provide a monthly resource to help keep mentoring before network members. To develop regional mentoring centers within local church fellowships where mentorees can grow through mentoring internships.
