Overview
Enjoy this time away with like-minded, experienced worship leaders. This is primarily a relational event focused on discussion over presentation, both in small and large groups. We’ll talk a lot about the state of worship and arts ministry nationwide, future ministry trends, the 21st century leader, how we can best develop young worship leaders through mentoring, and whatever else comes up. This is an invitation-only event. To maintain the intended dynamic of the gathering, we try to keep the number around 25. At 30, we close the registration.
Past gatherings have been characterized by a group of people from incredibly diverse spheres of influence. It’s our intention to gather people who don’t talk the same jargon, read the same books, or sing the same songs.
